Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within 2 - 7 days. If there is an unusual delay to the shipment of your order you will be notified. Tracking information will be emailed to customer once the shipping label has been printed and order is ready to ship.

Domestic

A flat rate shipping fee for orders within the United States will be charged at $9, and delivery is 2 - 8 business days. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

International

Our international order carrier is Asendia USA. Orders to Canada will be charged a flat fee of $16 and all other International orders will be charged a flat fee of $25. International shipping typically takes 6 - 21 days depending on the destination. Due to the complexity of international shipping we are unable to process returns or exchanges internationally. The customer should expect additional taxes and duties for international packages which may be applied by customs or the carrier. These charges are not included in the original shipping fee and will not be paid for, or refunded, by Lola Long. If the customer refuses the package or refuses to pay the duties, any costs incurred by Lola Long will be deducted from the refund amount. Tax and duty rates vary from country to country and, in the case of Canada, province to province, so we recommend researching and calculating how much extra you are likely to be charged to receive your package.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter accurate address information. If the incorrect address is given and the package is returned to us, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the shipping fee. If you realise your address information was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has shipped, your package is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damaged, stolen, held or mis-delivered items. Your purchase includes the shipping service, so any shipping related issues or concerns must be handled by the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS or Asendia USA), not by Lola Long.
