Returns

• A full refund, less the cost of shipping, will be issued in the original form of payment for items received within 30 days of receiving the order. Worn, damaged or soiled items will not be refunded.

• Our Eco-enclose packaging is re-usable and includes a pre-paid return shipping label. If you use our pre-paid label, a fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns must be packaged inside the original poly-bag and placed in the re-usable shipping envelope provided. Make sure the shipping envelope is closed securely with the adhesive strip or with shipping tape.

• Original packing slip with order # must be included in the return package. Returns without original packing slip can not be identified and will not be processed.

• Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt or cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• International returns can not be processed due to complexity of shipping.

Exchanges

• Please email info@lolalong.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the size you wish to exchange for. Only exchanges of the exact same style will be granted. Lola Long will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges of size only. If your preferred size is not available in stock, in the right color, you will be offered that size in an alternative color or a refund.

• Customers are still responsible for any fees associated with returning or sending back unwanted exchanged items.
